    worker was extremely rude and demeaning. he also told me incorrect information that directly contradicted what’s on the post office website and forced me to leave without helping me. i left sobbing in a panic attack due to how he treated me. he also laughed at me in my face when i asked a question about the intended function of a service the usps provides. would give negative stars if i could. horrible, a nice welcome to the state! thanks for the texas hospitality!

    Nope, do not go here for any help whatsoever. They do not care at all. This place is a living nightmare where humanity cries “…gaze long into an abyss, the abyss also gazes into you.”

    absolute utter incompetence and rudeness. USPS ruined my label (that I bought from them at their own self service kiosk), smaller lady with gold tooth basically told me to go kick rocks and asked for another $20 after the $10 I've already paid AGAIN, WEIGHED AND MEASURED BY THEIR MACHINES, was "maybe their machines were off". so in short, I properly packed my package. bought a label directly from USPS and then when they messed up they told me to pay another $20 on top of what I already paid. I provided all original receipts and tracking numbers. The package made it 95% of the way to its destination. Absolute joke of an organization. She also refused to give me her name, going so far as to hid it under her vest.
