- DEDiana ElenaAug 20, 20265.0Is there always a long line? Yes. Are there always workers, present? Yes. Did I still mail my items and have zero issues? Yes. People forget that it’s not the workers fault for the long line. There will always be someone who has never used the postal service, or someone who asks a handful of questions because they want to make sure they understand. AND THATS OK. The workers have never once been unnecessarily rude, or bad. They have always been wonderful, and I have always watched them answer every concern a person may have… even if it has been covered plenty of times. The employees are patient, and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work guys!

They falsely claim picking up packages , when they don’t come. They have a huge issue with scanning packages as pickup and in possession of.I have 4 packages with NO activity even almost 3 days after the post person picked it up. The tracking makes it look like i didn’t even ship it!!!! One package was FINALLY SCANNED AS ACCEPTED IN INDIANAPOLIS!!!!!! The person picking up the packages didn’t scan them , nor did the driver transporting them , NOR DID THE MAIN HOUSTON FACILITY SCAN THEM!!!! I hope that my packages are marked as accepted soon , or I will not receive payment for my packages… HORRIBLE POST OFFICE AND I HATE USPS!

There’s only one nice person that ever works. There place needs to be shut down and reopen a big one that actually works like the one in the Woodlands.
