Over the past year, I have had a very poor experience with the delivery of my mail. Specifically, two of my packages have been lost, and whenever I contact this office, no one seems willing to help resolve the issue. Most recently, yesterday, I failed to receive a Priority Mail delivery. A note was left stating that the address was incomplete; however, after calling Customer Service, they confirmed that my address is completely correct. These were important documents that I urgently needed by yesterday. I want to express my deep non-conformity with the service at this branch. The staff needs to be more responsible and professional regarding the delivery of mail to its users. I look forward to hearing how you intend to improve the service and resolve these ongoing delivery issues.
