- LTLorena TamayoJul 2, 20261.0They wanted to charge me $10 to pick up my packaged because they couldn’t complete the delivery of a small package and on top of the that the employee carries an attitude and unwillingness to help. I get my groceries delivered with no problem and even had a bed frame with no problem but this small box was an issue. Unbelievable. To be clear the $10 isn’t a problem, but that rude customer service really did it for me.
