- WGWH GMay 12, 20261.0I mailed internationally. They had no tape there even though I said I can buy one. Prepare your tape when you go there. The staff is not patient when they see I mailed things there. He typed the address not correctly and even didn’t let me check before he printed out. He did not type the zip code at beginning, and then he used pen to add it. He said “ I cannot do everything for you”. I didn’t let him do everything. I picked the box and packaged there. They expect you finish everything online and get your package ready before you go there. But international mail can be tricky. That’s why I went there. The last time I visited there, I had a good experience. They changed staff and I did not feel the attitude of service. If you do international mailing, I suggest you prepare to go there twice. First , bring your stuff you want to mail and get the correct size box. Second, fill form online and package and prepare everything and then go there. Bring your clean tape when you go there just in case. Be prepared that they will not be patient and happy when they type your long international address and they may make mistakes and print it out directly without letting you check first. Or try to use another USPS.
