One of the staff was friendly while the other seemed bothered people came in. I went in to send a package via media mail and only after I left realized I was charged for ground advantage and paid $10 more than I should have.

AVOID this post office if you can,the customer service terrible and their rude when your upset because they don't want to do their job.Me and my family recently moved to the woodlands and I met a new carrier that was so sweet and concerning that I haven't received my mail in 2 months, she delivered my mail to me the next day. She showed me great customer service and she was funny and thick oh gosh I wish I knew her name but most of the people here are stuck up and always cross past to avoid me when i have a concern for my mail. I had a package missing and she spoke to her manager goldy who called me concerning my package and was so rude trying to avoid my question she kept yelling and putting me on hold while smacking in my ear. She couldn't even give me advice I knew she wasn't a good fit and just hold a title for nothing. Caution they will speed off if you approach their truck and the managers aren't any better

I was close by so I reluctantly stopped at this location to drop off a package. The workers (if there even are any behind the counters) allow people who were clearly not in line to randomly skip the line. When the worker was done with letting people skip the line, it would've (still) been my turn to go up, but she yelled something incomprehensible so I assumed it was not directed at me. Then she sat down for a couple minutes looking busy on her computer, then decided to yell the same thing again. So I began walking over to her, and she saw me. As I got closer (this counter was the farthest away) she sat down and looked at her computer pretending like I wasn't there. When I got to the counter she looked up at me acting surprised to see someone standing there and was like "Oh wow! There IS someone in line who needs to mail something!!" Trust me I will not be coming back.

Have had very good service here on several occasions. I would like to acknowledge an employee named Tish she went out of her way to open both sets of. Doors for me when I had my hands full And also a broken arm. She is very personable and kind. She helped locate appropriate boxes for mailing my items.
