  I have been waiting for a replacement mailbox key for more than two months. Despite multiple visits and requests, I still have not received the new key or a clear timeline for when it will be available. During this time, I was told that my mail would be held at the post office until I received my new key. However, my spouse was later informed that our mail had been placed in our mailbox, even though USPS was aware that we did not have access to it. As a result, we had to make three to four separate trips to the post office before an employee finally retrieved our mail from the locked mailbox. Because of this situation, we did not receive any of our mail for approximately three weeks, even though I was receiving USPS Informed Delivery notifications indicating that mail was being delivered. During that period, I was expecting an important check that has never been received and is now missing. I also spoke with a supervisor, but they were unable to provide any useful information regarding the status of my replacement key or what happened to my missing mail. I left the conversation without any resolution or next steps. In addition to the inconvenience of these ongoing issues, I work 30 to 40 minutes in the opposite direction from the post office. Making repeated trips during the week is difficult because of my work schedule, and the post office is closed on weekends, making it even harder to resolve these problems. Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication, the excessive delay in replacing my mailbox key, the improper handling of my mail, and the fact that an important check is now missing.

  Quick, easy, great experience. The wait was short. The young lady who assisted me was very kind, professional, and answered all of my questions.

  I feel it best to call this a passport office rather than a real post office. Often only one person working with customers. Sometimes they deal with mail but for some reason this post office services passports alongside mail upfront rather than having a separate area for that. Extremely slow and inefficient. I much rather prefer the Spring or Humble locations but here I am... Waiting and waiting some more. If you have actual mail and need counter service best to avoid this place unless you have all day

  Awful location. Avoid if at all possible. Always long lines. Last week put a box in silver drop and it disappeared. Called and left a message for post office to call me after transferred to India and going through a whole process. Someone actually called me back, told me they had a new vendor and maybe I could call the distribution center on JFK to see if they could locate my box. A week later and still no tracking update on whatever happened to the box that I put in silver drop box. All blamed on new vendor and no offer to help. Told me to wait a week then put in a claim. No wonder the postal service is bankrupt. They suck.

  This office appears to transfer Items faster to the North Houston Bulk mail center faster than conroe main, that could just be the luck of the draw, however I am going to do more comparisons, it could be that this location has a better staff to volume of mail ratio.. I know fmduring Memorial Day Conroe Main package drop had overflowed, I didnt want to leave my ebay outbound package unsecured, I was able to securely drop here.
