When it came to getting everything , I needed done, even last minute, at the store, you were still willing and ready to help with friendly customer service. This will be now my only UPS store that I come to from here on out.

- R3rizzmatic 392May 3, 20261.0The guy at the register told me I had to pay $3 for a envelope to return a package . Then told me he couldn’t take my original box to throw it away . He gives me a receipt of the labels he printed , I had to remind him I have to pay for the envelope. He said “oh yea it’s going to be $3.24” then I gave him a $20 bill and he said “oh I can’t break that I don’t think I have change “ he didn’t bother to check the register or call a manager , I should’ve just kept my mouth shut I could’ve got away with a free envelope. These employees aren’t trained like there supposed to be.

This location makes you use a rental computer, i.e. they charge you additional fees for computer use AND to charge you to print a simple shipping label, what a scam, I’m already paying for shipping thru their company shipping. Talk about nickel and dimming people. Other locations don’t charge anything to print the shipping label. I won’t be back.
