  This location is usually very business. I have returned many Amazon packages at this store and the service has always been excellent. Today, Amidya (not sure if her name is spelled correctly), she was outstanding servicing the long line, which made the wait time less than expected.

  I have never had a problem here and have coming for years. I come on Saturdays, weekdays, and holidays. The staff are always, always, always friendly, accommodating, and work fast! I really appreciate how they are not pushy with sales and how they give good tips. There have been several instances in which l didn’t have my phone code ready or all what l needed and each time, the staff walked me through my phone and whatever was needed to complete my visit successfully. I’m always greeted and with a smile when l enter the store. I don’t even think of another place to go…not even the other UPS store down the street. Thank you all for consistently taking care of me and all my shipping needs! This place should have 5 stars.

  Dolly is terrible. They charged me $5 for a box even though I already had one, and then another $1 just for tape.

  Paid $8 to have my package rerouted and delivered here so I could pick it up since I don’t have the privilege of working from home. They first told me when I arrived that my tracking number was wrong then that maybe the driver had left the package on the truck by mistake. Found out shortly after leaving the store that it was marked as picked up an hour and 15 minutes before I arrived. Was told for days that they were taking care of it. UPS corporate is absolutely no help at all. No one from the store would reach out with information or updates. I kept having to call and check and give my info. I had a pre planned a family trip at the end of the week when this happened. As I was being told everything was being done that could be done. Sure enough I get back and ask if a police report has been filed… of course not, only a $1600 item. Apparently I, the person that never touched the item, am the only one that can file a police report. UPS store will not resolve, UPS is saying it’s on the store, and TMobile is saying it’s on UPS. If they give your package to anyone else. Call the police immediately. Also… using logic What’s more probable… that some one has my ID, my name/address, their face… they somehow know I have ordered a phone to replace the phone I broke on Monday. They also know that I had it delivered to the store, and they came in and grabbed it after it was dropped off. Or that this was done by an internal employee, whether at UPS warehouse, driver or at the store . They still have my $8 also.
