  To ensure the security of this shipment due to my work schedule, I utilized and paid for the secure UPS Access Point service for this location. Despite these precautions, a breach of security protocol occurred on June 15th, 2026. The tracking and notification timeline reveals a critical error in the store's chain of custody: 0923 hours: Official notification received confirming the package was delivered to Store #4760. 1208 hours: Notification received stating the package had been picked up. I was at my place of employment during this entire window and did not authorize anyone to retrieve this item. Store management has indicated that another individual used my identification to claim the package. Given the strict verification protocols required for a UPS Access Point pickup, the timeline and circumstances strongly suggest a failure to adhere to verification standards, or potentially, internal employee compromise. I have already initiated a formal investigation into this matter to determine exactly how my property and identity were compromised.

  I have used several different UPS stores for my small business shipping yet I drive out of my way to come to this particular location because the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and quick in getting me in and out. Another plus is the staff is not constantly turning over like you may see at other locations. I highly recommend the UPS store on Rayford Rd. in Spring, Texas.
