  My experience here was so awful, they have to keep deleting my post. The service was AWFUL. The manager by the name of TAYYEB is a liar and a thief. He told me my (ironically) VERY expensive package wasn't there. The other employee told me it wasnt even scanned into the system. My package was delivered on FRIDAY, it is TUESDAY. I received the notification and it said it was signed by, no other than TAYYEB. He claimed it wasn't there, as both employees searched for more than 20 minutes for my package. Magically after I threatened to call the police, TAYYEB finds my package in the very back, in a corner somewhere. By this time I'm FUMING. He was clearly lying... Then he chose not to give me my package, whilst arguing with me about what just happened. He then made me pay 5 dollars for "storage" to get my box back... it's only been 4 days, and I've never heard that rule in my life. The receipt says "Miscellaneous non-taxable" on it... not storage fee, or extra day fee, NOTHING. This seems illegal, and I wonder how many others he's done it to. Bottom line DO NOT go to this UPS store, unless you want them to over charge you, rob you, or lose you items. This store employee should be FIRED, and an investigation needs had based on the amount of people who have stated this place has over charged them.

  The WORST experience of my life. The manager TAYYEB is a scam artist and a thief. My package that was delivered to this location, I had the proof, and the delivery notification with HIS name on it. Magically neither employees could find it. The first employee told me that it wasn’t even in the system…. I threatened to call the police, because my package was worth over 7k in value (that’s why I didn’t get it delivered to my home, as I was on vacation). Tayyeb told me he would ask the driver when he gets to the location… which wouldn’t have helped, because my delivery notification said it wasn’t deliver at 10:37am several days ago. After about 15 minutes of searching the area where you would normally find packages that have been delivered to the location, tayyeb magically finds my package alllll the way in the back corner. By this time I’m FUMING & letting him know he is responsible, as HIS name was on the signature for the retrieval of my package on Friday. He’s not arguing with me and holding my package. He wouldn’t give it to me… why? Because he probably wanted to keep it for himself. Let me remind you, you both stated my package was not in the system. WHY would a package that gets delivered to a location not be put in your system? OH, and then he charges me 5 dollars to get my package back because it was sitting there since Friday (I’ve never heard of this). He also claims that’s why it wasn’t in the system… because it was delivered ONLY 4 days ago. Bottom line, if you are sending anything from there, or receiving anything from there… DONT. Go elsewhere where. This location should be ashamed of themselves. And tayyeb should be fired. Despicable….

  I had an Amazon package it literally needed 3 in of tape and they insisted on charging me $2.75. And extremely rude on top of it
