- BIBrett In-PanamaMay 4, 20261.0ZERO stars out of Five!!! I sent two boxes to my address in Canada, but the PostNet system sent my boxes to the wrong address (or addresses!) Thankfully, the boxes did return to the PostNet location in Spring TX, but even though I originally gave all of the correct information to the employee at this location..and even though the error was not my error or mistake, the woman at this Spring TX location (by the Kroger) told me that I would need to pay again to ship those boxes to the (original) address. She expected me to pay for the mistake of the PostNet system. Pathetic...I will never use PostNet again. Also, those two boxes remained at the PostNet location upon their return from the incorrect shipping attempts, and no one from that location bothered to contact me to tell me that my two boxes had been returned to the store.

Not only is the owner Alicia friendly, and efficient; She also consistently, quickly, and repeatedly helped me with a UPS claim issue. The most recent help was over six months after the date she had initially helped me. She went above and beyond and absolutely deserves your business. She turned a mundane task from a headache into a pleasant experience and I cannot recommend this business enough. Thank you Alicia!
