- LELee EJan 11, 20241.0If I could list a top 5 reason I don't like where I live, this post office is one. We have our mailbox about .5 miles from our house because that's what they decided to put ours and a couple neighbors when there's one right across the street. One behind our block. One a block down to way. No.. let's put it in the original phase on the other side of the community. Smart! Oh and then, they put a notice that after 3 days packages are moved for pickup. My package came in 2.. yes TWO days ago. I went to pick it up at the parcel today and low and behold no key. A note that says it has been in the box for 3 days or more. Is that right? Because usps notification and shipper sent tracking and shows it came in Two days ago. Man, I miss having my own mailbox. Oh and I almost forgot. A couple weeks ago I cut my hand on these junky mailboxes because instead of putting my package in the parcel locker for packages the carrier shoved my package into my little box. I spent 20 minutes trying to pull it out.

They sent my packages to Bulverde for me to pick up which I did only to find out that they missed sending three more . They said they would send them to Bulverde would be there for pickup today. My daughter in law went at four to pick them up only to be told they were not there. I have been trying ever since to reach Spring Branch only to get a busy signal for 51 minutes. Needless to say I am not a happy camper. I tried the 800 number to only get press one press two no help. I pay to have my packages delivered and it is very disheartening to not be able to speak to someone. HELP. UPS lol
