  I went to this store on June 13th to send an old gaming console to Amazon via the "Amazon Trade-in" program. I printed the shipping label and paid for shipping and they said they'd take care of it. However, the package was lost and never sent off. It's been nine days and the UPS tracking number only says it was dropped off at this location and nothing else was done. Now, I have to try to contact the supervisors at the call center, because the UPS website won't let me file a claim for the lost package. This is absolutely ridiculous! 😡

  This location is close to home, so we visit often. The staff are friendly and efficient, and it’s more than just a returns counter — they provide full-service support that we’ve used.

  Usually no issues but there was one moody young lady there who either did not want to be at work was having a bad day or both. Gotta leave personal problem and bad attitude at home when working in customer service.

  I went to the UPS Store to mail a package and print flyers, and Angil was amazing. She was very knowledgeable about the printing process and even let me know they can make business cards as well. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be coming back to get my business cards done! 👍

  I used to enjoy this store but it has changed over the last few years. It no longer feels like the neighborhood store that is warm and helpful. It feels cold and their employees are not friendly and act like you are bothering them. The manager, Kim, is never around and no one can answer any questions-and they don’t care. Jada was particularly sour faced, monotone and unfriendly. Didn’t smile once and blew me off when I asked a question. It is clear she hates her job. I will move all my printing needs somewhere else where I get a smile and feel like a valued customer, Minuteman Press in Stone Oak is fantastic. There are four employees here and only one of them is friendly and helpful, Valeria. Thank you to her, she did a fabulous job. She needs a raise and all your other employees need customer service training.
