    Scheduled a TSA pre check appointment and drove over 40 minutes only to be told the CLEAR systems are down. Nobody bothered to call, text or email me before I wasted gas and time going over there. Pretty annoying.

    I had placed an order on Friday for business cards with the pickup time Saturday by 6pm. I hadn't received any updates and called the store when i was informed the printing hadn't begun. Then the store associate calls me at the scheduled time of pickup the card isnt aligned properly and this means the order will be cancelled. I asked if they tried repositioning it to make it work and was told it was not possible after repeated repositioning attempts. In anycase, I had the flexibility of 1 extra day, so I placed the order again on Saturday mroning and when I called the store back inwas informed the printer was down and the tech will only be there later today. This was frustrating to me as I should have been told about this issue from the beginning as now it feels like I was being lied to from the start. The delay in even starting the job is a different issue. The print shop is not reliable. Do not recommend this place.
