- JLJoe Chaparro llJun 2, 20261.0June 1, 2026 - Arrived early morning to pickup a certified letter, there was only one gentleman at the counter being assisted by the Postal Clerk, so I stood approximately 3 feet from the gentleman & waited my turn. Approximately 6 - 7 minutes later while others had lined up opposite me, he yells, next, so I moved forward. He aggressively says, the line is over there, you need to get in that line, I responded, I’d been waiting there all the time, he proceeded to raise his voice & argue the line was on the opposite side, even asking the gentleman opposite me if I was already there before him. Seriously, he didn’t see me standing there all this time? We all have bad hair days, but don’t ever take them to work with you. As a retired U.S. Marine & retired IRS Revenue Officer, the Postal Clerk needs a refresher course in customer service or retire, rudeness is not appropriate or acceptable for any employee. I sincerely hope the Post Master address this type of behavior & addresses the situation. Thank you.

- CGCynthia GonzalezJan 20, 20261.0Les daría ninguna estrella pero no se puede. Hay dos trabajadores en esta locación uno calvo y el otro canoso de barba. El calvo siempre despota y sin saber tratar a la gente. El canoso siempre huele a alcohol. Y de los dos no se hace ninguno no te pueden ayudar razonablemente. Solo saben decir no y técnicamente hágale como pueda. Ojalá el correo federal se preocupara por el servicio que brindan, contratando gente que si le guste hacer su trabajo .

Lately my packages that don’t fit in the mailbox are either left in front of my neighbors house or they just leave them next to the front of my fence. Really that is not good service at all. My usual mail man retired a few years ago and never experienced anything like this! Who are they hiring now days.
