- MMmiriam mora4 days ago1.0Todas las veces que he ido me devuelven porque “no sirve la etiqueta” no me dan razón del porqué o cómo solucionarlo no hay 1 vez que no me regresaron siempre pésima actitud, groseros y despotas, el Sr canoso solo le habla bien aparentemente a las que le atraen porque me ha tocado ver señoras que las está atendiendo y es sonriente amable y les habla español, paso yo y puro inglés y es grosero conmigo, siempre llevo etiqueta digital y me arrebata el celular, el Sr calvo no ha sido tan grosero pero igual siempre es un “no se puede bay”

- JLJoe Chaparro llJun 2, 20261.0June 1, 2026 - Arrived early morning to pickup a certified letter, there was only one gentleman at the counter being assisted by the Postal Clerk, so I stood approximately 3 feet from the gentleman & waited my turn. Approximately 6 - 7 minutes later while others had lined up opposite me, he yells, next, so I moved forward. He aggressively says, the line is over there, you need to get in that line, I responded, I’d been waiting there all the time, he proceeded to raise his voice & argue the line was on the opposite side, even asking the gentleman opposite me if I was already there before him. Seriously, he didn’t see me standing there all this time? We all have bad hair days, but don’t ever take them to work with you. As a retired U.S. Marine & retired IRS Revenue Officer, the Postal Clerk needs a refresher course in customer service or retire, rudeness is not appropriate or acceptable for any employee. I sincerely hope the Post Master address this type of behavior & addresses the situation. Thank you.
