- JVJessica VenalainenJan 23, 20231.0Absolutely do not come here for passports. Appointments mean nothing and they will not help you unless there’s nobody else there needing postal service. There was a never ending line of people and someone else already there waiting for help with a passport application. We were trying to get a passport for our baby and had to wait nearly an hour for a few minutes of help for a service we booked an appointment for and had to pay a service fee for. The lady there was very rude. I will never come back here and would highly discourage anybody else from coming here for help - you won’t get it here!
