- LDL Dukes3 days ago1.0So....this post office closes at 430pm. I arrived with packages in my hand. The doors are pushed closed with a blue curtain drawn. The lady behind the counter spoke to me like I was bothering her. She said well if you are dropping packages I will let you do that but nothing else. I stayed to her its 4:27 I thought you closed at 4:30. It blows my mind that as an establishment with hours posted you dont honor the honors posted on the door! Won't visit this location again. Let me drive on over to converse well at least they have good customer service.

Community mailbox was vandalized and now I have to go pick up my mail but I can't get anyone to answer the phone to verify I don't have to waste my entire lunch break for junk mail or nothing!
- CCCMAJun 19, 20261.0Arrived at 8:35 am for the main office to be closed you could hear people working in the back even when I knocked on the door. Nobody came even though there were no extra sign posted and the main hours of operation on the glass door said 8 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday with today being Friday. You complain about the money and the hours, but yet you have no work ethic. I don’t understand it.

- BTBob TMay 11, 20261.0Customer service is hit or miss . For years they offer cash back and never have it. The lady today was berading me about priority mail rules I was not aware of. Ok I get it not one person in 10 years has mentioned this was problem. Either mail my stuff or do not. I am 53 do not scold me. Now I am making a negative review. Go to the one by Pat Booker they seem a lot happier there. Your workers hate working there do something management.
