  Great store. UPS employees are very professional and quite helpful. Customer service is pleasant and encouraging. The change from 5 years ago is remarkable. New talent or new management - i don't know, but it's working. Thanks UPS!!!

  I frequently visit UPS Store #3403 in Schertz, TX, and I’ve had a great experience every single time—all thanks to the fantastic team working there. The staff members are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful, even when it's extremely busy or near closing time. They even handled the recent chaos of major renovations with positive attitudes and complete ease. On my most recent visit, I was helped by an employee named Damian, whose name tag said "In Training." Even though it was very busy, he went out of his way to be helpful and had a genuinely great attitude. Highly recommended!

  Would like to shout-out to Faye whom i called to ask if she or staff could stay open bcuz i had important documents to fax.there was an accident on IH35 South causing horrible delay. Anyway I made it 3 minutes before closing and luckily there were 2 customers that would be in there past closing time. Faye offered to stay past closing to fax my documents and she is the sweetest gal with her beautiful hair (pink & purple), THANK YOU FAYE FOR YOUR HELP! youROCK girly pop!!!

  Top-notch customer service and high integrity. The employees at this location are always friendly and efficient. I recently used their shredding service and mistakenly left my wallet behind. I returned two days later, and the team had safely stored it for me. It is rare to find this level of care and honesty. I highly appreciate their staff!
