  This afternoon, I contacted UPS regarding a package I recently ordered that was delivered to an address where I previously had a P.O. Box. Since I have since moved about an hour away, I called to discuss my options for retrieving the package. During the call, I spoke with a woman named Amy, who informed me that I would be required to pay an additional $5 fee to pick up the package. Considering I have already paid for my package & shipping, I find it disappointing to be charged an extra fee simply to pick up my package. This level of customer service is extremely frustrating, especially given the current economy.

  I come here fairly frequently to do Amazon returns and it’s always a good experience. Always short lines and the customer service is great! They even make conversation, which I find is rare these days! Great job UPS Schertz team!
