  Mike at the UPS Store in Schertz was INCREDIBLE to work with. He helped me ship a package to Mexico, and it wasn’t the easiest process we actually had to try twice! Through it all he stayed patient, positive, and determined to get it done right. He also kept me updated every step of the way! His tenacity really stood out. Instead of giving up, he kept working through the details and we found a solution and thanks to him the package even arrived earlier than expected! Customer service like that is rare. If you need help shipping anything, especially something more complex and special ask for Mike! He truly goes above and beyond!! Also special shout out to Katie as well she was my initial help and she was also fantastic and a part of the journey! THANK YOU!!!

  We frequent this UPS store for various services and the entire staff are helpful and fast but Aimee in particular is wonderful. She is always extra kind and goes the extra mile. Thank you, Aimee!
