Two, when I called yesterday because I had a package that was marked as delivered a day or two ago that actually didn’t get delivered, they tried to say my address was invalid. Like y’all haven’t been delivering there forever. Then she told me my package was at the post office BUT they didn’t call me or notify me or nothing. It was just marked as delivered when it wasn’t. I had to make a case with both the website AND them before they called me to let me know. She said it will get delivered today but Now I have to call again today because I absolutely don’t trust them anymore.
