- KBKat BosMar 5, 20181.0Edit: I live beside the bank mail boxes, so I “get” to hear all the people complain how their mail is constantly put into the wrong box (today an older man was missing his meds and a check). I was hoping that over the last year things would get better, they haven’t. (My solution to constant lost mail is to have all my mail sent to a family member’s house.) ——- Our mail has been lost nearly a dozen times, plus we get mail in our box that isn't even close to our address. I've contacted the post office in writting twice and called the other eight times. I was told at first (by the Post Master himself) that our route never has a sub, then later he said they pull the carrier off our route to help with other routes and give our route to anyone, since it is an easy route with a bank of mail boxes. They've lost medication, a driver's license and our taxes from our CPA. We have our mail sent to a family member's house, the mail is that unreliable! We just spoke to the carrier today, he said that he constantly has to fix problems after they pull him off and put a sub on our route.
