  Cancelled first delivery, no explanation, second delivery rescheduled due to weather, third delivery attempt refused as delivery drivers and warehouse supervisor refused to honor purchased white glove delivery and assembly through Polywood. Complete disaster and horrible service. We have escalated to Polywood and refuse to use this company on any future deliveries. I would give them zero stars.

  Terrible driver service. I spoke to driver about getting to my location. He did not take my advice, got lost almost 50 miles from me. Never delivered, did not return my calls. He just never showed up.

  The two young men that delivered my shipment were very friendly and cortious. Could be happier.

  The communication was excellent the day of delivery. The two delivery men were personable, professional and unloaded the cabinets quickly but carefully. They were very polite. We are pleased with the delivery service and highly recommend this company and their employees.
