- JSJan SchottAug 4, 20261.0Cancelled first delivery, no explanation, second delivery rescheduled due to weather, third delivery attempt refused as delivery drivers and warehouse supervisor refused to honor purchased white glove delivery and assembly through Polywood. Complete disaster and horrible service. We have escalated to Polywood and refuse to use this company on any future deliveries. I would give them zero stars.
- QLQuinn LiJul 1, 20261.0They canceled my original schedule for no reason!
- LLLetty L.Apr 13, 20261.0Terrible driver service. I spoke to driver about getting to my location. He did not take my advice, got lost almost 50 miles from me. Never delivered, did not return my calls. He just never showed up.
- KHKathy HughesMay 24, 20215.0Great delivery! Nice guys who worked quickly and set it just where I wanted!
- KCKike CastSep 12, 20205.0Excellent service. The order came earlier than expected. Great communication from the staff as well as the texts letting me know the status of the shipment. The staff with face masks and very attentive. I would rate them a 10 stars if I could. I’m glad Samsung uses this company for their washer/dryer appliances.
