- MPMr. PJul 16, 20261.0These delivery people do not know how to deliver. Look at this stupidity. How are you going to tell me my mailbox is full when it says ckearly on my mailbox. That there is a box in my driveway for larger packages. Obviosly you cant put a box in a regular letter slot. READ THE DAMN MAIL BOX!!!

- ULUziel LuisJun 16, 20261.0I recently visited the U.S. Postal Service location to return a package, and unfortunately, the customer service experience left me feeling uncomfortable. When I entered, I greeted the staff with a friendly attitude, but no one acknowledged me or returned the greeting. When it was my turn to be helped, the employee assisting me did not say hello, welcome, thank you, or any other basic courtesy. The transaction itself was completed, but customer service is about more than just processing packages. A simple greeting and friendly interaction can make a big difference in how customers feel. I hope the staff can place a greater emphasis on being welcoming and courteous to visitors in the future.
