- GRGina RandolphJul 2, 20261.0The USPS has been known to have issues but this particular post office is horrible! Multiple times I have had notification of my package being delivered but it's not actually delivered in my lockbox or house. When researching it at the post office the GPS pinged that it was delivered in a completely different part of town! I would like to think I'm a patient person but when this has happened multiple times then it's a real problem. Also, if you call the actual local post office number, no one answers. I have tried many, many times over the last few years and I never get anyone to answer. With this last package that was showing delivered and not actually delivered I went three days ago to the post office and spoke with a supervisor. He was very helpful and was able to put in the tracking number, show my package with the correct address on it and showing it delivered in a completely different part of town. He said because of the time that the carrier would not be able to go look for it until the next morning which I was fine with. However, 3 days later I still haven't gotten an update, a call or any contact at all. I went back to the post office today since nobody answers the phone and was given the runaround. I decided because I knew where the package was delivered that I would go myself to the house and just ask. Success! The lady that lived at this address was extremely nice and had my package the whole time and just didn't know how to get it to me. Had the post office followed up the next 2 days like they said they would I would have had my package a long time ago. Absolutely ridiculous
