I've called multiple times, I've filed multiple claims online and I've visited the post office to speak to someone multiple times. I've put in hours and hours of my own time to figure this out and I've been very patient and understanding. The post master Teresa took my information a month+ ago and said she would contact me, but she never did. She hasn't made any effort at all to figure this out, and it's her job. She has no care or concern for our 2 months of missing mail. I'm disgusted that I pay my PO box fees every month and my taxes pay her salary, and she can't be bothered to give me 2 minutes of her time doing her job while I've devoted 15+ hours of my own time the last few months to figure this out. Still missing 2 whole months of mail. Post master still hasn't given 2 minutes to do her job.
