I rushed there anyway and tried to talk to the drivers. They were extremely nice and contacted the driver who was delivering in my area: he returned by the end of the day to give the parcel to me! He made my day because that bag contained some family memories (pictures)! I more than appreciate what they did! THANK YOU!
