- JAJ Alvarez-HernandezAug 7, 20261.0If I could have given them zero stars, I would have! No customer service at this location. I’ve been in person & on the phone. Mail is frequently mishandled and have a had any mail delivered in over a week, although Informed Delivery shows multiple mail pieces each day. Good luck getting them to pick up the dang phone. Today I tried 2x. It rang for 2:30 minutes before switching to a fast busy signal. Ughhh. 😡🤬
