My visit today was very uncomfortable and unpleasant. I went to mail my mother's day gifts off to my family and friends. I hadn't been to this location in a long while, and after today I hope not to return. Its was busy and unorganized and things were not in placed (labels & boxes) that I needed. I walked up and asked a teller and he looked and answered me like I was bothering him. Then when it was my turn to send my items off, the teller Deantie I think his name was. He was not pleasant 😔 at all, almost rude even. He didn't greet me or say hello when I walked up, just looked at me. I laid my items on the counter beside him, but I still had to hand him each one that was right there. He would reach to put them on the scale. He didn't ask if I needed any stamps or anything else. Never asked how I wanted to send my items but I had to tell him as he weighed them. He was just having a bad day, I guess. But thats no needs to take it out on the customers. When I was done, he didn't tell me the date of delivery on anything i mailed or say good bye, thank you nothing. He was flat out just rude to me for no reason. I left there feeling really disrespected by this dude and unwelcome. I normally go to the post office on Huebner weekly. So I know the process of which things run and this dude did none of them. I was in the area so I went to this location but I wont again.

Michael, the Clerk, is friendly, professional, and has gone above and beyond to assist with a difficult situation with our mailbox. He put as at ease and while our box is being repaired he makes our day! :) He is absolutely an asset to your organization.

I made an appointment for a passport renewal for my son. We arrived early and got in line with a family that had the appointment after us. After we stood there for a few minutes one of the guys at the mail desk said, oh they cancelled all appointments today and they said they sent everyone notice. Neither myself or the family behind us got any email. Their solution was to go to the main post office and stand in line and stand in line for a walk in. I took my lunch break to make this appointment and didn't have time to wait in line. Total waste of time.

Moved three months ago. Put in a mail forwarding AND a hold for mail while I wait for keys to be made (apparently there’s an eight month wait). Go to the post office nearly weekly, and it’s always the same story when there is no mail for me. Finally, I’m told there’s no mail because it’s been “slow” despite getting emails daily about my mail. Finally, I’m told all my mail is in my mailbox. Three months worth of mail. Oh, the joys!! Always get the runaround. No one ever knows what they’re doing. Or they’re just too lazy to get it done. By far the worst.
