- FFFrankoMay 7, 20261.0This place is a bad joke. I’ve only had to mail packages a few times and unfortunately this location is just down the street from me. Same experience every time. As soon as you walk in there’s some woman behind the counter yelling out “GET IN LINE, YOU’RE GONNA HAVE TO WAIT, WE’RE SHORT HANDED!” Or something to that effect and it isn’t in an apocalyptic kinda way. She does this and nobody’s even complaining about having to wait. She makes everyone feel like you’re bothering her and there’s no doubt in my mind that we all are. The manager is no different, I’ve seen him do the same so I really don’t think it would make much difference if anybody complained to him. I’m not a big mailer so I usually have a question or two. FAIR WARNING! if you’re the type who struggles to ask for help in public, you’ll never stir up the courage to ask for help again. They belittle you and talk to you like you’re stupid. These folks are way too comfortable treating people like that and they’ve been doing it for years. New crew needed

A mismatch between the posted close time on the website and the physical location caused me to show up too late, but he popped out, ran me through my options, and even assisted me with the parcel drop off check out—even though he could have just shooed me away to another location or ignored me altogether. Marcus gave me an absolute master class in customer service, and I think the reviews for this location are doing him and all the employees like him a terrible disservice. A++ for Marcus, and A++ for this location.
