I arrived to pick up held mail that was supposed to be secured here pending a reroute to a new address, only to be turned away at the door and told the facility closes at 4:00 PM. Completely unacceptable logistics and communication. I wasted critical time, vehicle fuel, and mileage due to conflicting and unverified scheduling information provided by this specific location. If operational hours change, the digital listings must reflect it. Disastrous customer service.
