- STSan Antonio TransplantMay 4, 20265.0I come here quite often to deliver certified mail and the experience has been smooth every time. The staff is friendly, professional, and consistent. I cannot speak to how they deliver packages since I am out of their delivery range, but I can surely speak to their ability to route mail (certified mail requires a return slip which I have always gotten back) and properly handle sensitive items.
- LLLexieApr 30, 20261.0do NOT come here! i have been to so many post offices and i understand they can get busy and i always try to be as patient and accommodating as possible, but this staff is SO rude. especially the younger girl who wears glasses and speaks extremely broken Spanish. I walked in at 1:12, at 1:40 i got to the front of the line just for them to tell me I needed to go to the front to scan my QR code. I believe they could have spoken up before many people stood in line for that long. However, I personally have never used the kiosk and always have handed it to a person and they have had no issue scanning my code to ship out my package. The lady with the shorter hair was kinder but the long haired glasses girl had a power trip, talking extremely rude to all the customers. It’s the worst customer service i’ve experienced
