This morning I went to drop off my 20 packages that I have pre-labeled and ready to scan in. I usually use the dropbox however one of the packages was too large so I figured I would go and wait in line. As I walked up, Antonio was standing there staring at me and as soon as he saw, how many packages I had he huffed and puffed and said is the dropbox not working? I said it is but one of my packages is too big. He continued to roll his eyes. He said next time bring me the big one and drop off the rest. In disbelief I said forget it. I’m just gonna try to shove it Through the dropbox. I have never met someone so unwilling and unhappy to do their job. I could maybe understand that they had 20 people in line, but he was standing there twiddling his thumbs. Horrible experience.

The people who work there are always friendly. They manage to do their job correctly and joke with each other and the customers too. It makes the line not seem so long.

I wanted to leave a 5 star review for Ruthie at the USPS passport office. My mom, my sister, and I came in as walk-ins to get our passports done, and even though the wait was only about an hour, the experience was absolutely worth it. We had been so stressed trying to get everything done before today. The last three times we went to different passport offices, we had awful experiences, so we were honestly expecting the same thing. Instead, Ruthie was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment she called us up. She made great conversation with us, which made the whole process feel so much more comfortable, and her kindness left a lasting impression. We made a few mistakes on our passport applications, but she never got frustrated or caught an attitude. She calmly walked us through everything, answered all of our questions, and made sure everything was correct before we left. Because of Ruthie, we were finally able to get everything taken care of, and now we can relax instead of stressing about getting our passports done. Customer service like hers is hard to find these days. She turned what had been a stressful and frustrating process into a calm, pleasant experience. We truly appreciate all of her help, and I would 100% come back just because of how wonderful she was. Thank you, Ruthie, for going above and beyond!
