- LSLali SeilerJun 12, 20261.0I used to love to come to this location, everyone is nice except from Tamara (I think that's her name) the african american lady working PM shift, she's extremely rude! I've seen her mistreated customers almost every time I go, when she's assisting customers she's on the phone talking and as a plus when she is there she closes earlier , they supposed to be open until 10 but this lady turns the light off and closes by 9:30 pm and yes I've seen her inside. I can't believe she's still working here , you guys need to do something about it.
- PPPeteJun 12, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this USPS location. I was helping my Hispanic friend with a transaction because he primarily speaks Spanish. The clerk listed on my receipt as Clerk #33 responded by saying, "Uh uh, I don't speak no Spanish." While I understand that not every employee speaks Spanish, the interaction felt unprofessional. What concerned me most was that as we were leaving, I believe I heard the employee refer to us using a racial slur ("beaners"). If that is what was said, it is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the level of respect customers should receive. I hope USPS management reviews this incident and reminds employees that all customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of their background or the language they speak.
- DMD MJun 2, 20261.0Some black lady at the counter with very short hair, this evening was very blunt, not very customer friendly. I got no thank you, no smile, no nothing. Postal workers want their customers to have their backs, but they treat us as customers like we are an inconvenience to them.
