- PCPill Cosby1 day ago1.0I visited this USPS location and was shocked by how rude and dismissive the service was. The employee assisting me, identified only as Clerk #33, acted as though answering a simple shipping question was beneath her. When I asked for help, she responded with a condescending attitude and stated, "We are not UPS, we are USPS." Last time I checked, USPS is absolutely a shipping service, and customers should not be treated like they are wasting someone's time for asking basic questions. The level of arrogance was surprising. This is the United States Postal Service, not a high-pressure operating room. A little humility and professionalism would go a long way. If someone cannot interact politely with the public, they may be better suited for a position that does not require customer service like washing dishes. I hope management reviews this feedback and provides additional training to Clerk #33. Mailing a package should not come with a side of attitude.

The guy working saw me struggling, standing there with my box trying to enter and didn’t say a word to me..just looked away. A customer came out of where it was locked and I asked if they were open and he said they just said they’re having issues with their system right now so they’re closed. The gentleman who was working then turned off the lights without saying a word to me. I just stood there and finally left. But very unprofessional and not welcoming at all! Don’t recommend this location at all. I went to the one on Broadway and so glad I did.

Woman with the curly black hair and black frame glasses working today 2/8/2026 was INCREDIBLY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I’m not sure if she’s upset bc she’s working on a Sunday but her attitude was insufferable, unpleasant and completely unprofessional. She probably needs a new job if she does not enjoy what she does.
