- ACaristeo cortinas1 day ago1.0Worn down inside with crumbled up posters , have cancelled on me twice trying to get my passport after changing my work shift driving 30 minutes to get here and having my kids be late to school. Waiting on manager still after 23 minutes to discuss how I can get this done today.*update* asked for managers name and his bosses name for a formal complaint. He never came out to assist and associate said that he said the only thing she was allowed to tell me was his name is Richard “postmaster at Tejeda office” thanks for nothing Richard

How thorough are you background checking these people??? Anything that resembles a check is always tampered with or if it is a check, it never arrives....also had two checks stolen from this facility

Makes her own rule of only printing 5 labels to ship out packages then tells me i have to wait on the side till she feels like she can print more all while helping others in line who some also need labels printed for packages smh doesn’t make sense @ all the employees who are at counter all answer the question how was ur service before we can even answer it and they gave themselves all happy faces to their own service regardless what experience we have ever single time i have gone she has been difficult and refuses to do all my packages to ship (6-14packages some days)
- MWMatthew WildmanSep 15, 20261.0They are definitely stealing packages and running scams. One mail man in particular. Yet when evidence is presented they protect him. Mean while he's allowed to call 911 for me video taping him from the side walk, and have SAPD come and give me a paperless "no contact order" that no judge has signed. Based off one incident that SAPD duplicated. USPS doesn't uphold this abuse and violation of my rights. It doubles down to protect Antony mendez who is still causing harm and abuse.
