I just recently moved to San Antonio. Prior to my move I completed a change of address request, which was approved and finalized. Once I got settled and the address was confirmed, a certified letter was sent to me. I have informed delivery, so I was able to see what the full letter looked like. The name and address are correct and are neatly written, so there is no mistake in where it was going or to who it was going to. I never received it, and the tracking showed that it was forwarded back to the sender. When I spoke to a supervisor at the Post Office he said the carrier obviously made no attempt to deliver the letter, and just assumed I didn't live here. Then the supervisor said we'll just have to wait until the sender gets the letter back, sends it again, so we can give the delivery another try. THIS IS INCOMPETENT AND LAZY WORK. The carrier and supervisor should be ashamed of their failure at their jobs. My dad spent 30-years of his life working for the Post Office. Since I was a kid my dad always told me the Post Office sucked, but it paid good and therefore he could provide for his family. My dad always joked with me and my sisters about using FedEx or UPS if we had to send something valuable or important. It don't think he was joking though. He always knew the system itself was messed up, and things were always getting lost or destroyed.

It is bad enough that my mail is delivered to the wrong address and I get someone else’s mail to my mail box !!!. I can see the mailman or person doesn’t get give a daren; the way life is now a days being so expensive; doesn’t care about their job !!! JUST A PAYCHECK !!!

If you need a passport, I would NOT recommend coming here. We had a scheduled passport appointment and, upon arrival, stood in the clearly marked passport line. There were two employees behind the counter, but neither acknowledged us. We even asked a female employee if we were in the correct place for our appointment, and she confirmed we were. After about 30 minutes, a gentleman behind the counter finally yelled out to ask if we had a passport appointment. When we said yes, he sighed as though it was an inconvenience and then continued helping customers in the regular line instead of assisting us. After waiting another 15 minutes with no service, we left and made an appointment at the City Office downtown. The experience there was organized, professional, and much more efficient! If you value your time, I recommend going elsewhere for passport services.

Lousy services, they never answer the phone, they are unhelpful & rude, wait time is over 45 minutes easy, long lines, no one has answers or solutions to key services, they claim there is no way of tracking the status of providing you with a new/replacement key!! Absolutely ridiculous!! It's been almost 2 months no phone call to inform key is ready for pick up and this location is not a hop and a skip a way, it is almost 45 minutes drive one way!! Plan on allotting 3 hours for postal services and being disappointed.
