Worse experience I ever had at any establishment. The people here are lazy do not care about customer service. These guys open 40 minutes to their own job. The line at 8:00am was about 30 people and take walk-ins over appointments. This place is just run down in general from the landscaping to the indoors. Shut this place down if the business can’t act like a franchise.

Slow, only one teller. Sucks when you and everyone is behind one person transacting 20 envelopes and they have no extra help.
This place sucks

No help whatsoever when it comes to getting your mail. It’s taken over a month to get my keys and instead of giving me my mail, they put it back in my mailbox knowing I can’t access it. The “quick service” pickup line is a waste of time. They make a separate line for those that come pick up their mail and make them wait 30-60+ minutes while they handle the customers that have money to spend. Service should be first come first serve regardless if you are there to pick up mail that you are all supposed to deliver to our boxes in the first place. I had to stand there for over 45 minutes while all the paying customers were in and out within 10 minutes, and one even had time to chit chat and flirt with the clerk at the desk- while I had to wait 45 minutes just to be told my mail was back in the mailbox i can’t even access in the first place. Avoid this place at all costs. USPS is withholding my mail and important home documents against my will.-1 Star.
Update: After 3 months and a week, my keys were finally delivered by Carrier Eric, who was so kind and helpful in helping to get me my mail once he learned of my struggle to obtain my keys. I highly recommend submitting a ticket online vs. in person as I found that my issue was taken more seriously. -2 Stars
