- CCCole6 days ago5.0They get really busy at times but staff is usually pretty quick and friendly. I never have had a problem with any of the tasks I have needed to complete at this location.
- RCRhonda Crennen6 days ago1.0Need to be taught courtesy basics and NEVER refill the priority box before closing!!! You can't self serve without the required basic tools which is why there is a box to fill!!! Empty every single time I go there ....every time!!

- CCCamila CorradengoSep 19, 20261.0Came in right at 1pm which is when the location closes and the door was locked. Perfectly understandable, as I was late. Walked out and saw someone else running inside about a minute or two after me with her two little kids. So I came back in to see if she was gonna make it and sure enough, she was allowed in, and I was not. The guy at the door (he said his name is Phillip) told me she was only allowed in because she was just gonna buy a stamp and that’s it (stamps can be purchased in a lot of other places). She walked out at 1:07pm. I just needed to get my mailbox key THAT I PAID FOR and it’s been almost two months waiting for it. Again, understandable the location closes at 1pm and I didn’t make it on time, however why is the time not for everyone? The time the guy wasted at the door talking to me could’ve been used to get my key and I’d be out of his way in a minute. He was polite and respectful but could’ve used a little common sense in this situation. It’s either 1pm close time for everyone or allow people to come in past closing time.
