- AGArturo Garcia3 days ago1.0Went to get serviced got there before the store closed! I was greeted by the manger saying that they were not going to take anymore customers because they only had 2 workers on the line. After I asked for a manger he said he was the only one he didn’t want to offer any other solutions or even his supervisor name until I told him there has to be someone higher than you. Will NOT recommend this post office to anyone!

The management seems like they don’t care much since people don’t have a choice because it’s USPS. They get well paid and good benefits anyway doesn’t matter what

- DRDeandrah RamonJul 29, 20261.0Made a passport appointment days ago and came in and they said they cancelled appointments and didn’t even have a sign with the correct date stating so, and didn’t even bother calling to notify either The girl was nice about it but the guy who was supposed to do the paperwork was just so rude and shut it down bc they are understaffed. It’s understandable but you don’t have to be rude and you could atleast call people to let them know about appointments being canceled. extremely disappointing considering it’s impossible to make same day appointments at other locations and have to book days in advance :/
