- VVVINCENT2 days ago1.0this post office sucks they don't answer call whenever you called them lazy people they need more new people who likes to work not just being lazy i called past 2 week like more then 10 times also i tried call today still no answer this post office need new management looks like the existing management not doing their job right this is frustrating i would not recommend this post office to anyone they are waste of time

However I must inform people that the mail drop off box has been broken since about May 2026. So dont plan on using the kiosk after hours as you cant drop off anything that is not flat. The kiosks do get repaired in a timely manner but only recently have I seen the drop box broken for so long....thanks Trump!! My suggestion is to visit one of the local shipping depots instead.
- AGAdrianne GosselinJul 27, 20263.0If you have to pick up your mail and you don't owe any money on it, go to the line in the hallway on the right where there is only one person working. If you need to get your mailbox keys and it's a new build home or your a renter, you need to go in the line inside the main building that wraps around and multiple people are working the counter. You'll have to pay for the lock change there. THEN once you've paid for the lock change, to get your mail you go to the other line in the hallway. The hallway line is also where you will pick up your new keys. The hallway line does not do PO BOXES. To get a PO BOX you need to go to the wrap around line in the main building and pay for it. They will give you PO BOX keys there.
