When I finally show up to the post office I still had to wait hours before a supervisor or manger could help me for nothing to be resolved. I left with more questions than answers. They lost my package as well. If I could give 0 stars I would.

And yet they want to ask for all the documents again. 😡

I called many times, different numbers to get an update on my package and I unable to get past "USPS WAITING FOR PACKAGE" when I left it there. This is one of the worst service experience I've had! Some people can make the 8-5 pm times so we rely on the after hours self kiosk service. Get it to work properly! That's why we pay taxes!
- BLBri LeeSep 19, 20261.0Sucks that this is considered my "home location" to service my area because for one, I live 30 mins away, 78253 area, and when this location has system issues, AND IT HAPPENS OFTEN, they turn you away and have to drive to another location. Which means another 20 mins out of your way. Whether its system issue, gas leaks, A/C broken, or self kiosks down, equipment broken for months on end, theres always a problem at this location. Not to mention long lines. And if you leave your packages during the weekend they will get stolen and they do not take responsibility. Avoid this location if you can.

To make matters worse, my package was returned to the sender because they claimed they were “unable to find my address.” I live in a normal residential neighborhood with a clearly established address, and I regularly receive mail and packages without any issues. Instead of attempting to contact me or resolve the delivery issue, the package was simply sent back. Between the complete lack of communication and the failure to locate a perfectly valid residential address, this was an incredibly disappointing experience.
