- JTJean T.Jun 30, 20261.0Horrible service to verify Identification -staff with white twirled mustache.I arrived at 4 and stood in line . He asked what I needed and told him Verification of ID per email from gov agency. He told me to sit down on the stool and wait for everyone to be serviced first even those just walking in the door after me. Then he came up to me and said if I had all day to wait since he had to fingerprint me or come back tomorrow morning. I didn’t have an option since he seemed to be in a rush to get out! I left went to Richland Hills post office following day around 2. Process took the employee five minutes and received great service. No fingerprinting Valley Hi staff was just a lazy rude obnoxious employee. I didn’t get his name but that twirled mustache is a good identifier!
