  I’m very disappointed with my experience at this post office, particularly with how my passport appointment was handled. Randy called me in the morning and left me a voicemail saying that all afternoon passport appointments had been canceled because they didn’t have enough staff to cover for someone who called out sick. Unfortunately, I didn’t hear the voicemail until I arrived at the post office because I was rushing from work to make it to my scheduled appointment on time. When I arrived, there was essentially no line, with only about one person waiting and two employees working the counter. I explained that I was there for my passport appointment, and the woman at the counter told me they could handle my application. She went to get a man with a beard and glasses, who I believe was Randy, and he initially said he could do the appointment. I then explained that I needed to have my wife turn around and bring our son, who needed to be present for the application. She was only about six minutes away. Randy said that was unacceptable and declined to help us any further. I pointed out that it would take us six minutes just to get the process started, but he still refused. What makes this especially frustrating is how difficult it can be to get a late-afternoon passport appointment at any USPS location. Those appointments are important for working parents who are trying to avoid pulling their child out of school early while also avoiding having to leave work extremely early. I understand that staffing issues happen, and I would have been much more understanding if the appointment cancellation had actually reached me before I made the trip. What I found frustrating was that, once I was there, there seemed to be an opportunity to help, but there was no willingness to accommodate a situation that was only a few minutes away from being resolved. Based on my experience and other reviews, this location does not appear to have a particularly customer-focused approach. I hope management takes a closer look at how passport appointments and customer communication are being handled. There is a reason most USPS locations have sub 2.5 Google review stars. They just aren't held to high standards for good customer service.

  Supervisor Jacky was so unbelievably helpful and a savior! Went above and beyond. Amazing! My brief interactions with the other staff were also great!

  Trash haven’t been getting my mail did change over month n half ago still nothing talked to supervisor didn’t help so yeah id give this place zero stars if i could

  Package was not delivered as indicated The delivery service personnel lied about an unknown address meanwhile the note to pick from the post has his or her handwriting indicating the address and apartment number.
