First experience on mail with held or delivered and used the online system to make a report. I talked to the manager personally and know that sometimes even mailmen to be kept an eye on in case they are the ones stealing the mail. Informed delivery showed my license was supposed to show up but didn’t only my other packages and other letter. Always make a report in person and online to make sure they don’t mess with you.

I have had many many issues with receiving mail that is scanned to be delivered and I never received, once speaking to supervisors (Jackie and Randy) I was told that they are aware my mail is always stolen and they don’t let residents know they just keep it to them selves which is sad there was absolutely no care for residents loosing mail and no answer for it . This post office in my opinion has something (illegal) going on somewhere in office and they are covering it or who up . Very sad behavior from this place

This location should really think about extending its hours and additional 30 minutes. A lot of people can't get to the post office in time if they have a major administrative need.

I never leave reviews, but my experience at this location was completely unacceptable. I had an appointment for a newborn passport on Monday, July 6th at 12:30 PM. We arrived early and were seen around 12:10 PM. The passport agent—an older man with long gray hair, a gray beard, and black-frame glasses (possibly named Randy)—was incredibly rude, aggressive, and lacked basic common sense. He yelled loudly right in front of my family, including my toddler, wife, and newborn. When he asked for documentation, I realized I forgot my driver’s license. I told him I lived 5 minutes away and would run home to grab it. His only response was a snide, "I have lunch at 1, let's see what happens." I rushed home, got my ID, and returned in 5 minutes. After making us wait, he flatly announced, "You are going to have to schedule for another day."If he knew his lunch schedule would prevent him from finishing the appointment, he should have told me to reschedule before making me drive all the way home and back with two tiny kids. He completely wasted our time and acted with pure malice. Even his own coworkers had to step in and apologize, making excuses that "that's just the way he is." USPS management seriously needs to audit this employee. Avoid this location for passports.
