- AOAketia Onile4 days ago1.0Very bad poor service. No manager available. Caught a Uber here to get a passport and we were turned away at 10:15. Online states the post office does passport services Saturday from 8 to 11 am. Very disappointed Several others came in behind me with no service given to them.
- MTMoeee Tell'EmMay 8, 20261.0This is THE worst post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They are incompetent, rude and inconsistent. I had to receive packages from USPS on two separate occasions and each time they couldn’t deliver my packages on time. The first time, it was “too heavy” but my apartment complex has elevators. Leaving me to bring the package myself, 8 months pregnant since my husband was still overseas. The second time, they stated they couldn’t access the delivery location but I received a package from Amazon the same day with no issues. The package was time sensitive and they couldn’t care less. I wish I could avoid dealing with this post office all together. Throw the whole building AWAY !!!!
