This location provides the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. We came here to get a passport for the first time. During our initial visit, staff gave us a list of requirements. We carefully followed every single instruction, gathered everything needed, and returned for our appointment—only to be told we were missing another specific form. To make matters worse, they did not even have the form on site. Instead of offering any actual help, they dismissively told us to fill it out online, or drive to another post office to pick it up ourselves. The level of disrespect from the staff was appalling. From start to finish, the interaction was rude, hostile, and condescending. They looked at us and spoke to us with complete contempt, treating us like absolute garbage. Both employees we dealt with were unprofessionally aggressive. The first man (around 50 years old) was deeply disrespectful, and the second employee was even worse. Neither showed a shred of common courtesy or decency. Management needs to review this facility immediately and replace these employees. They are completely unfit to work with the public. Save yourself the stress and do NOT come here for passports or any other services.

I went yesterday. Was told I had to use the Kiosk. It was a complete nightmare for me trying to figure out all the different screens. A young lady that wasn't an employee was so kind to help me. I got so frustrated, I told her nevermind I won't do the other one I had. There was a long line by then. I left and went to Vance Jackson Post Office. It was great there. No kiosk and nice people.

I would like to report a concern regarding the behavior of two female employees toward customers. This occurred on Friday, August 7, 2026. Both employees displayed very poor customer service. They appeared angry, did not smile, and behaved in an unfriendly and disrespectful manner toward customers. Their behavior was not directed only toward me; I also observed them treating other customers in the same way. I also felt that the way they treated customers appeared to change based on the customers’ appearance. I believe every customer should be treated equally, respectfully, and professionally regardless of their appearance, background, or circumstances. I am reporting this concern because this type of behavior creates an uncomfortable experience for customers and does not reflect the level of customer service that should be provided.
