I’m writing this review because it is apparent that USPS workers want to make their own rules and not provide services because they are lazy. We walked in with something to ship, NO LINE. wasn’t packaged but I know USPS is supposed to give free bags out now. Older man tells me we can’t send it out without packaging and that’s why I tell him right, I’d like a free bag and then he gives it to us. Then I tell them I have a QR code for the shipping label and he tells us we HAVE to go to the kiosk, which I’ve never been told to do, keep in mind we only have two packages and to scan the QR code takes about 20 seconds. There’s no line. We go to the kiosk where there IS a line because we SUPPOSEDLY have to use it. Then when it’s our turn I ask the man “we never have to use the kiosk, how come we have to now?” He says “they are new to our system and jam up the system” load of BS! I asked the other USPS how long they’ve had QR codes availabe and they said a long time. They were being lazy! Which this process takes 1 min max! I reported this in which someone from the facility called me and said “sorry it happened we didn’t want the line to get long” BS! There was NO ONE there! So fed up with USPS workers being lazy. They had a sign saying the worker that does passports wasn’t there so they aren’t able to handle processing passports there, wonder if that’s even true if they are being lazy with something as small as QR codes for shipment!

- DHDeborah HolsteinMar 2, 20261.0This used to be the better of the USPS but today with the staff there, Trump shoudl just close this USPS down since employees do not want to work. Never had an issue with getting a passport from here but the male cutomer service and the rest of theteam at 11:46am 3-2-26 dont offer customer service as they had in the past. Look if you guys dont want to be helpful then just find another job. Just witness people being sent out right and left and no service. I am glad I use clik n ship so I dont have to deal with people who do not want to be in customer service.
