There is not a single employee with critical thinking and basic customer service skills in that entire building.

Terrible. Just absolutely awful. The level of incompetence at this location is borderline malicious. We need to get together as a community and petition the USPS at the federal level to shut this branch down for a bit, and replace 100% of the staff. They're all a complete liability to the area. The number of packages that have gone lost/missing (AKA stolen) is too high to be a coincidence. They also take forever and 3/4 of a day to get locks changed on the mailboxes. Profoundly bad at their jobs.
And try calling the location - You'll never get through. Never. Not EVER. They are simply bad at their jobs, and apathetic about it. Because there's no consequences (apparently). Whenever I have ANY say in how something is shipped to me - I always tell them "Use literally any service EXCEPT for USPS."

Great job USPS! How did y’all get so bad and lazy at what you do ? Cramming this package into the box and leaving it open was pretty lazy. My porch is literally 30 feet away. The mailbox on the side of the road and anyone could have just pulled up helped themselves.

Mike from the post office if a very rude person, that has no patience for questions regarding your mail. Asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. Then he claimed that he wasn't. I'm just trying to get my mail and he made everything very difficult. Wish management can reach out to me regarding this
