  I'm not sure what has happened to this location, but the quality of service has gone downhill significantly! Lately, we've experienced misplaced mail, lost packages, and just overall horrible customer service. To make matters worse, we have repeatedly had to return mail that doesn't even belong to us! And I'm not talking about junk mail. I'm talking about IMPORTANT, CONFIDENTIAL correspondence, including mail from the IRS! How does something like this continue to happen? If we're receiving other people's important mail, it makes me wonder who is receiving ours. This is a serious concern when you're trusting a business to handle sensitive documents, financial information, and important packages. Some employees appear completely disengaged, inattentive, and uninterested in helping customers. The lack of professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability is absolutely unacceptable. This location used to be reliable, but something has clearly changed. When customers are paying for mailbox services, the very least they should expect is that their mail is handled properly and securely. Management needs to take a serious look at what is happening at this location. Misplacing packages is bad enough, but mishandling sensitive mail, including IRS correspondence, is an entirely different level of concern! Very disappointing, and frankly, unacceptable!

  Today 10 /10/26 at approx 11:35 I needed to return an item. This is typically my go to Amazon return store! They are quick & friendly and the store has been recently remodeled. Unfortunately today there were two young employees, one Hispanic girl with glasses and another young employee with long reddish brown hair. When I walked in the girl with glasses was helping a customer and the young girl with the long hair yelled at me from the back of the store that they now they have a do it yourself kiosk. Never using the application before, it took me a minute to figure out the process. I printed my label and as I approached the desk with my open box and label the girl that shouted instructions to me said, “ you’ll need a plastic bag”. She looked at the girl with the glasses smirked and rolled her eyes as if to say “ come on lady, get it together”. I turned around went back to the kiosk and grabbed a bag put my items in a bag and placed them back in my open box. When I returned to the counter , I was scolded and instructed that next time my return requires a box to tape it myself. Well if that was the case , why did I need a plastic bag! As I stepped away again to leave she turned and looked at the girl with the glasses, smirked again, shook her head to ensure she acknowledged how stupid my lack of knowledge was. You hear it all the time, one bad apple can ruin a business relationship!
