I had an outstanding experience at this UPS Store, and I wanted to recognize Richard for his exceptional customer service. From the moment I walked in, Richard was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. He made the entire return process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who treats customers with such patience, respect, and a positive attitude. In today’s world, people are quick to leave complaints, but exceptional service deserves to be recognized too. Richard is a true asset to this store. His kindness and professionalism made my day, and I’ll absolutely be returning because of the fabulous experience he provided. Thank you, Richard, for going above and beyond and reminding me that outstanding customer service is still alive and well!

This location has very nice people who greet you and don’t make you feel unseen. Will tape your box for you and get you out the door quickly. Also have a bunch of office supplies to buy , fax and printer for you to use.

THE "GENIUS" CLAIMING TO BE THE NOTARY AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS HER LICENSE REVOKED, AND TO UNDERGO BASIC RE-TRAINING BEFORE RE-ISSUANCE...RARELY IN MY LIFE HAVE I SEEN SUCH INCOMPETENCE AND OBSTRUCTIONISM, ESPECIALLY OVER SUCH A TYPICALLY EASY AND SIMPLE THING. As a middle aged person, I'm old enough to have seen a lot of stupid people do some really stupid things in life, but this was truly surreal how ridiculous this was -- our interaction could easily have been the subject of a Seinfeld episode from back in the day -- but sad truth is there is nothing funny here, as there is a real world cost to normal people in terms of unnecessary aggravation and waste of their time, . I walked in here at 5:45 pm today for a simple task, get a document notarized. Simple basic task, have done this Numerous times over the years, including here. Presented the document to the guy at the register (a document requesting medical records for my deceased Mother), he asked for my ID which I had ready and immediately presented, and signed in front of him literally just a few inches from his face. Expected to be out of there in just a minute. But then the ridiculousness begins....THIS WOMAN -- THE "GENIUS" walks over, and oddly, immediately has this bewildered look of consternation and confusion all over her face, as if I had just asked her to solve some complicated quantum mechanics problem and provide mathematical proof behind Einstein's Theory of Relativity....She starts to immediately become obstructionist and cause totally unnecessary problems: Her: "You signed this already." Me:" Miss, I just signed this right now in front of this gentleman 2 seconds ago, 12 inches from his face." Her: " Well, but who is the Patient?" She's starting to question the "legal sufficiency" of the document, AS IF that's her job to do that... (It's not, not at all: HER JOB -- a NOTARY'S JOB -- is simply to verify that the person signing the document is the same person standing in front of them, THAT'S IT !!!) But I humor her anyway and explain that "the patient" is my Mom, who died...." She then says "But who is the Witness to the Signature ?" I say Miss, are you serious? YOU folks are the witness to my signature..." Her: But I didn't see you sign it ." Me: "Ok, well, I thought HE was the notary today and the one proceeding with the transaction since he didnt say "let me get the notary," I was signing in front of HIM...he never told me to stop and wait until you walked over...So, I can just sign it again it front of you if you like...." Her: "But wait, who is "the witness?" Me: "Are you punking me? Miss, YOU are the witness....do you want me to sign AGAIN right next to what I just signed 2 minutes ago so you yourself can watch me sign? I also have a backup clean copy in my car I can get." Her: "But who is gonna be the Witness? (there's a line for "Witness" on the paper...) Me: "Huh? Miss, YOU are the witness... As a notary, YOU are the witness...THAT is what a notary is doing, YOU are WITNESSING my signature and verifying that I am indeed the one signing, here is my ID, I'll sign again if you like...." Her: "But who is the Personal Representative on this form?" (Holy cow : this UPS employee -- no doubt not a lawyer -- is again challenging the "legal sufficiency" of the form, not her job, at all....so lemme tell you all now, AS A LAWYER MYSELF, THAT is not her job ! Me: "Miss, I AM the Personal Rep, and I am the one signing this form...are you for real??" I finally tell her in disgust she needs to have some basic re-training in her job and not cause people totally unnecessary headaches and hassle over such simple tasks...

Worst UPS store I've ever been to. I travel all around the country and have to do Amazon returns. Almost every store I go to they have a metal roof they have poor cellular service inside and therefore every other UPS store have a quick and easy free guest Wi-Fi so people can quickly and easily get their barcodes or shipping labels and complete their returns. This location has a guest Wi-Fi but it is password protected and they won't provide the password to you or they don't know it. I had to go in and out of the store to get cell service for each and every return. Staff was not friendly and didn't really care about the inconvenience. On top of this I had to email them a UPS label and I'm used to it either being free in exchange for a positive review or they'll charge you a simple dollar. I've never been charged $2.40 to email a label and have them print out one page. Even in California it's cheaper. Terrible management decisions and customer service experience. Every other UPS store does better you should as well.
