  I definitely don’t recommend this location. The owner, Lambert, was very unprofessional and honestly rude to an older customer. I stopped in to make a drop-off and it was pretty busy. There was an older man who needed help with the fax machine. Lambert was trying to explain it to him from behind the counter, but it was obvious the man didn’t understand what he was saying. Instead of just walking over and helping him, Lambert rolled his eyes and looked annoyed. When he finally went over to help, he raised his voice at the man and talked to him like he was stupid. You could tell the customer was upset, and he ended up walking out. I understand being busy, but there is no reason to treat someone like that when they are just asking for help. It was really disappointing to see. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location

  I recently visited this store and was pleasantly surprised at the speed of service. When I walked in it was about 5pm on a Monday. It was packed to the door . I was about to turn around and leave until I saw the eagerness the employees had to clearing the lines. The staff was polite and prompt . What I thought was going to be a thirty minute wait turned out to be a ten min wait. Mike did an excellent job guiding the staff and meeting the needs of the customers in a swift manner . I’m glad I didn’t leave and go to a different location.

  This store provides great service. Even when they have a long line they move the line quickly. The staff is very courteous and helpful. This is my favorite ups store.

  Worst experience ever. Employee Donte was extremely rude. He did not seem like he even wanted to be at work so took his miserableness out on me as a paying customer. Upon entering he barely acknowledged me as I was waiting in line. I had a simple question about a shipping label on my phone and he was unable to help as he said i needed to pay to get it printed out first. He just handed me form to email store and dismissed me, after I paid and brought the package in he just did what he needed and shoved receipt in my face. I would not recommend this location to anyone as long as Donte is working as it seems he hates his job.
