    Unfortunately, this is the only store in my area so I have had to use it several times. The female owner and the associates are very friendly work quickly and provide great customer service. I have dealt with the male owner now twice unfortunately I do not remember his name, but he very clearly stated he was the owner so I’m sure he knows of this interaction. Both times I can specifically tell you that this man is rude and gets loud when all you are doing is bringing up either a question or directly what the email instructions say. I just left the store and he raised his voice at me because I told him that the email states if you are not the addressee , you must provide the tracking number and he argued with me about the law and not being able to release packages to the individual named. Which I understood but I was TRYING to tell him the confusion the email creates but that man just likes to argue. On top of that he is just plain rude. Need to remind myself to not give that kind of person business. And for reference the initial interaction I had with him was a few years ago, and I told him that my email specifically stated that a paper needed to be in the package (so I printed two packaging slips) and at that time again he raised his voice and said no it doesn’t and threw it away in front of me. He obviously believes as the owner he can yell and treat people however he likes. And I know you’re going for read this, I was just trying to tell you what the email instructions say, there’s no need for you to be the way you are. Obviously you have control and anger issues. I never raised my voice at you and it’s obvious you’ve done this to others. I hate to say this but I guess I’ll have to find another store to use, even though I have used this store so many times. I will advise my family and friends to do the same . Two stars for the female owner and other employees, especially the ones who greet me every time I’ve walked in. If you don’t believe me go to yelp! Reply to the owner: Do not twist the situation. I DID walk in at 1822 because I work 12 hour shifts. What I DID NOT do was walk in yelling. I waited patiently in line and then YOU sir, loudly asked me what I was here for before that you told your staff to make sure to change the date if I was sending a package (in which I was not). YOU argued with me longer than it took for you to get my package if the store closing was relevant to this situation. And I had my phone open and simply ASKED YOU “my husband came earlier and was told he couldn’t pick up” in which YOU INTERRUPTED AND INTERPRETED as I was upset (which I was not). Your reply was “GOOD, the law says we can’t release to anyone not listed on the package”. If you had simply let me finish my sentence I WAS trying to just tell you the email was misleading and may lead to confusion. I not once raised my voice to you sir you were the only one yelling. Do not paint the picture for what it is. All of your negative reviews say the same about how rude you are and how you like to belittle customers. Apparently they can’t even ask you a question. I refuse to allow you to act like I came in upset in which I wasn’t nor did I treat you like you treated me.

    They have awesome customer service skills, work well as a team and they really go above and beyond to help their customers. They are very professional, organized and fast at handling customer’s needs. Five stars for sure!!!

    I don’t go here often but when I do I always receive extraordinary service. The staff is kind, patient, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to explain and walk me through the process ,making me feel confident in something I’ve never done before. Thank you UPS store! The services received were, fax, copy and notary.

    Lionel and Joshua went above and beyond today to help me find a box that would fit large lounge chairs for a return. They helped me pack and tape it up and put in car. This hurt lady appreciates your kindness so much !!
