  I had a disappointing experience at this location and feel others should be aware. I arrived at the store when it opened at 8:30 AM to have an important document notarized. An employee informed me that the notary service was only available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, so I left and returned later. When I came back at approximately 11:15 AM, I discovered that the same employee I spoke with earlier was the notary and could have notarized my document during my initial visit. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. After the document was notarized, I asked about shipping a letter overnight to Mississippi and was quoted $79.00. I declined and requested regular mailing instead, only to be quoted $22.00, which also seemed excessive. I was told the higher mailing cost was justified because it provided “peace of mind” through package tracking. I declined this service also because I felt the price was excessive. I then went to the United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipped the same letter via Priority Mail, received a tracking number, and paid only $12.00. Based on my experience, this location appears to charge significantly more for shipping services—approximately 55% more than the post office for comparable tracked delivery. My recommendation to others: compare prices and save money where you can.

  Extremely disappointing experience. The person assisting me, who appeared to be the manager, was very rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful. I was shocked to be charged for something as simple as a paper clip and a small piece of tape to seal an envelope. Customer service was terrible from start to finish. Instead of helping customers, this guy seemed more interested in charging for every little thing. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable. This was by far one of the worst experiences I have had at any UPS Store, and I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Great people they are very helpful, my returns items she has purchased online and they are very helpful, particularly when she is having issues with her phone so she can return the item.

  I needed a color print in 24lb paper, the agent was very, very nice. Got us our prints really quick, once I emailed them to them. Great, wonderful service!
