- JSJulie SmithJul 3, 20265.0This UPS store has the friendliest employees - Especially Ryan and their manager Tony. I have been going there for years, and they are always helpful and friendly very professional. They will go over and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. I once had a package that was lost and Ryan did research on where the package was - he found the package and resent the package for me at no additional cost. I will only do my business at this UPS store. Addition to that they are very efficient with long lines never a long wait.

That’s why I love going to this location, you guys are never too busy to help a confused customer. There’s a new UPS opening closer to my house but this store is worth the drive!

BUT it is also super organized and the staff is highly efficient, making the long lines a real non-issue. I wish all stores had the same recipe for their business model. I highly recommend the store because the staff is professional, efficient, and very pleasant. Great job and kudos to the owner who knows how to hire and train superb employees.
