  for 10 years I was keep doing Amazon returns to any stores with no issues I never go to one store at all. This particular store I was visiting for first time, and did not ended good. when you have amazon return and print the shipping label that is all the ups stores needs because this is not personal shipping situation, it is a lable from Amazon and any human being using amazon already know, on shipping lable stated shipping method for ups store such as ground shipping or( hazardause items + its sign) store manager forced me to tell him what is inside every package and thats their policy it is not his fault that other stores never asked me that question before،because it could be hazardause items such as phone batteries. I told him is nothing hazardause in there otherwise it show on label but he did not care he forced to tell him exact items in package. We dont have to explain what we got from Amazon for this guy since this is not personal shipping and it's Amazon returns, also after he knew whats inside amazon telling me they did not recieved my package and I am figting over it. YOU DONT NEED TO KNOW WHAT I GOT FROL AMAZON ONLY YOU NEED TO SEE THE LABEL NOTHING MORE.

  Very poor service from Les, I kept trying to communicate with her and she gave a blank look like I was stupid. Moved very slow with no desire to finish the transaction.

  LOVE this UPS store. Always helpful and friendly even if you have a problem package. This is my go to even though I have to drive past the UPS store at Bandera/1604. THAT store (up the street) has a low rating and everyone I know hates it. They are often rude and now they are charging $ 2.00 for taping your box. Unless it's over 16inches in which case it's $3.00. Incredible. Just priced heavy duty packing tape. It's less than 1/8 a penny per inch. So because they "deal with hundreds" of customers a day and have to offset the cost, they're still charging you $2 for 2 CENTS worth of tape. Pass. THIS store never has a problem and never charges such customer-hostile charges. Go here. This is the one.

  Hands down the friendliest staff on the planet! I frequently have multiple Amazon returns at a time and the staff are ALWAYS SO PATIENT AND NICE! I can only mention Bob by name because he has introduced himself but all the staff I have encountered are so kind. This is a hands down difference to the other UPS store on Culebra and 1604. Whatever you are doing in your training/hiring process don't change! Thank you for your A+ customer service!
