- NMNancy MejiaSep 15, 20261.0Very rude I was in line to get an affidavit notorized when I made it to the front of the line the guy told me to go stand on the table and someone would be with me i knew who the person who notirizes because ive been there before to get papers notarized.after standing there for 20 min I asked because I thought they forgot about me he said there's only one person yes I've seen him see me and just walked by, so when someonee else walked In and he was starting to notarized there paper, I said excuse me I've been here for awhile and he rudely told me I had to wait infront of everyone so unprofessional that i should tell him like what excuse me he was standing right next to us he herd us why would I have to communicate that. I would not be back EVER I was treated very poorly. I am a paying customer I think I should be treated with respect. If employees don't want to work they shouldn't go to work with that kind of attitudes

She actually let the line back up because instead of speeding the process up and doing it for me on my phone. She would instead tell me the man behind me was getting pissed at both of us . I don't blame him. I am 70 yrs old and not very computer or phone savvy . I was embarrassed when I walked out. YOU NEED TO FIND OUT WHO THIS GIRL IS AND LET HER KNOW WHAT CUSTOMER SERBICE MEANS.
