- CCChrisOct 2, 20261.0It must be a requirement to be unfriendly since every staff member is. I especially like waiting at the counter for them to finish their text message conversations before helping the customer.
- BGBrett GSep 19, 20261.0I needed some copies of my resume on the fly and decided to go to the UPS store. As soon as I walked in I felt like they didn't even want my business. I even asked Devon " You look your ready to go home". He just said no. As I was paying out he was constantly cracking his knuckles. I made a comment that my son does the same thing. He says" I dont know what to tell you." In a defensive tone. I said you dont need to tell me anything. No professionalism, terrible customer service skills. Place looks like a haven for misfits working in a basement mailroom. Keep driving by. Im sure theres places that welcome your business and mine.

Instead of helping resolve the issue, he became confrontational and made my wife feel intimidated. No customer should ever feel like an employee is trying to escalate a situation or pick a fight. We came in expecting basic customer service and left feeling disrespected. I hope management reviews this incident and addresses how customers are treated because this behavior is unacceptable.

The staff was unnecessarily aggressive and confrontational during a routine visit, and there was no attempt to provide courteous or helpful customer service. I left feeling like my business wasn’t valued. There are plenty of UPS Stores—I recommend choosing a different one.
