I shipped a garage door opener back to a customer, San Antonio to Luling, TX. The device weighs about 1/10th of a lb and it’s being shipped ground about 50 miles. How do you charge $30 for something like this? UPS is going to price themselves out of the market in no time.

This store is definitely the worst in San Antonio, TX; you’re better off staying away. Avoid this place at all costs—it has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I’m convinced it’s going to go out of business soon. Water leaks from the ceiling like a waterfall, and the customer service is abysmal—you really wouldn't want to have to deal with the hassle of visiting this place. I’ve definitely decided never to go back; this store is on my blacklist for the rest of my days.
