  Aveces traigo productos aquí para regresar los Aveces y no he tenido problemas pero ahora no quisieron ayudarme y la muchacha fue descortés se miraba muy desganada para trabajar y la otra estaba en su celular poreso nunca mas volveré este lugar tampoco lo recomiendo al público.

  Terrible customer service. While my car was getting its oil changed, I decided to walk 15 minutes to this location to get some papers notarized. I had been planning this since the start of my day and called them a total of 10 times throughout day (not just at one time). They never answered once. Once I arrived at 4:15 and they refused to notarize the document, saying they don’t do it after 4… that was fine but it was their unwillingness to give customer service. The UPS off of blanco stayed late to accommodate my needs which is extremely nice being I live in a rural area an hour away.

  I went here to ship my package out at this Ups today and I had a great experience, Jerry the store manger greeted me when I walked in and help me find the things i needed to ship, I will make this my main UPS store to ship for sure. Thanks to Jerry!!

  Tried to drop off a large box return from amazon lady working there said it was for pickup only; i said well can i just drop it off now since im here to which she replied no; didnt offer any help; went to my vehicle and found out i had to cancel return and reinstate it using 'dropoff'; in conclusion i seriously doubt this lady didnt know that and imho didnt seem like she wanted yhe hassle; i also realize employees probably loathe amazon returns due to the volume, however always remember that creates job secutity...unlike AI
