  I had a great experience at this UPS Store. I arrived right at 8:00 a.m. when they opened, and I was helped immediately by a very kind gentleman. I needed to make copies of some documents but couldn't quite figure out the copier, and he happily stepped in to help without hesitation. When I mentioned that I needed to ship the documents using a prepaid UPS Express label, he noticed I was about to use a small envelope. He immediately let me know that my prepaid label included a larger padded Express envelope at no extra cost and went ahead and got it for me. I really appreciated that he took the initiative to make sure my documents were packaged more securely instead of just letting me use what I had. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. I also noticed the sign mentioning that the store is locally owned and operated, which was nice to see. I was in and out in record time, and the entire experience was smooth, friendly, and efficient. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers. Highly recommend!

  I’ve used this location for years with no issues—it’s clean and the staff are always friendly. But a recent experience left a bad impression. I needed to package an Amazon return and grabbed a roll of tape they had for sale. There was no clear price posted, so I assumed it would be reasonable. At checkout, I was shocked to be charged $19.99 for the tape—bringing my total to $22. The price was hidden on a sticker inside the roll. For context, you can get a two-pack of the exact same tape at Walmart for under $4. Charging $20 for one roll without clearly displaying the price feels misleading. It also makes me question what other pricing practices might not be transparent and leaves me not trusting this business as much. Just a heads-up: bring your own packing supplies or you may pay way more than expected.
