Literally you have one job it’s not that hard if you’re that miserable find a new employer…

Low rating bc only 1 gentleman seemed kind enough to say a “hello” but unfortunately he didn’t help me out. Another gentleman who was on duty today thought it was more important to finish his text message before helping me out and there were some other people coming in behind me. When I got to him, no hello, pulled out the scanner just waiting and did what he needed to do, cool, I get it, but could’ve been more approachable. But what threw me off completely was the girl who was on duty today with the jaw clip in her hair. She was dancing, in front of like 3 people mind you, and on her phone saying “I’m cute, I’m so cute”. Not appropriate for when people come in. I get it, she’s young (I’m young too in my early 20s), and wants to have fun. But not when customers enter the building - stop, attend to them, then continue after. Just seemed like a poor experience for a decently rated UPS.

Before, you would be in there for about an hour just to do something simple like an Amazon return. Now I’m in and out.
