  I just have to say that I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this location. Lee has always been very helpful and attentive last time. EDDIE was wonderful. It was two minutes before his closing time and he stayed to help my husband and I with our order. He was wonderful thank you so much. .

  At the risk of having to wait in lines, the is THE BEST UPS store. They do everything! We have been using their services for years. Besides the services, the best is their staff, starting with Anna (owner) including Amberlyn, Eddie, Natalia and Lee. Thank you all!!! Btw, Great oversized color prints!

  I usually have a great experience, but today I had a very rude interaction with one of the employees being snippy to me. I come here A LOT but now I will be choosing another UPS as would not want this interaction again. I gave 3 stars as I really do like the owners but this employee needs some customer service experience!

  The UPS team Anna, Lee, Eddie and others know what I need when I walk in the door! Always professional, courteous... Experts at this UPS store! Always patient with sometimes lengthy projects. Multitaskers, fast, efficient... This is my UPS store!

  UPS stores are independently operated. No two locations are exactly the same. If you have the ability to choose where you ship from, this is the place to choose! I live right by another UPS location, but drive further to this store because their customer service is outstanding and their hours are more comprehensive. They have a notary onsite nearly always during their hours of operation (except an hour before closing), so an appointment is not necessary. I appreciate how efficiently they handle Amazon returns and all other printing services here. I’ve been charged $7 for a piece of tape at other UPS locations where I brought in a package to mail and was told it wasn’t taped up tightly enough but also the store would not add additional tape without charging me. You are not going to be treated like that at this location. The owner Anna is almost always onsite and runs a competent operation without sacrificing friendly service. The store has dedicated parking and mailboxes as well.
