  Utterly ridiculous nickel-and-diming. I walked in to ship two packages, and they tried to charge an insulting $2 per print just for a shipping label. Let’s get one thing straight: I am already paying to use their shipping services to send a UPS product through a UPS facility. Charging extra just to print a standard label is a garbage junk fee, no different from some predatory cell phone carrier inventing a "processing fee" out of thin air just to pad their pockets. When I questioned it, I was hit with excuses about "providing a service" and told there’s no self-service option, even though they advertise printing right on the storefront. I understand the cost of doing business, but punishing customers with arbitrary extra fees once you've already secured their business is disgraceful. I will never use UPS again—take your petty corporate greed elsewhere.

  The staff is very friendly and always works to serve me quickly and efficiently. I have used this location for years and go in several times a week.

  Highly- recommend! Store owner takes care of her customers. I think this is my fifth year with her, and in all that time I only had one incident where a package went missing. To her credit, she worked meticulously to try to track my package down and even offered to extend my box, which is quite surprising considering that the one who shipped it to me didn't want to refund my money. Stormie listens to her customers, and she takes any complaints about her staff seriously, so don't hesitate to address your concerns to her, before venting on social media, if ever anyone in her staff is not doing their job. You'll be in good hands. Plus, it's conventiently located right next to HEB and nearby restaurants, so if you need to make a run for the grocery store or want to grab a bite to eat, you don't have to go out of your way to check your mail.
