- SBSerena BaldwinNov 12, 20235.0Renee was so helpful and kind enough to open her doors back up to me when I arrived at the store shortly after it had closed for the day. The shop hours were incorrect in Google Maps, which left me in a pickle as I was on foot with my Amazon returns. She saw me looking up nearby locations, and came out and said she’d check my boxes in so I wouldn’t have to take a car and lug my returns across town. Excellent customer service, and a thoughtful gesture in general.

I called and asked about parking and realized they were closing soon (in 10 minutes and it would take 8 to get there). I offered to come in tomorrow, but the person on the phone reassured me several times it wasn’t an issue and to come in. I came hustling in and immediately was told not to rush and made to feel like they had hours left to their shift and they weren’t in any rush. The way they talked to me and each other made me feel like they enjoyed their job and I wasn’t a burden (how youre often made to feel when it’s the end of the work day and you know someone is closing up). I was having trouble with my returns and unfortunately had to do all 11 one by one. Did it matter? Did they care? Nope. They helped and walked me through it. Not only was it an amazing customer service experience, but an exception human experience with strangers at the end of a long work day. 🤍 Much appreciated UPS Convention Center staff.
