  Isaac provided stellar service. The store was very busy, with multiple customers bringing in several items at a time, but he handled everything smoothly and professionally. He was upbeat, helpful, efficient, and very knowledgeable. Even with the store being full, I was in and out within just a few minutes. I received excellent customer service and highly recommend this UPS location. Isaac definitely deserves recognition. Give him a raise!

  I was literally kicked off the store by a girl (brown hair) who didn’t even said good morning! I came 2 days ago before closing time and she couldn’t print my document and now I printed and she didn’t notarized it, I went to another UPS and they did it. She actually acted like a racist! Be careful when going to this location

  Extremely disappointed with the service at this location around 9:45 AM today. I witnessed the female staff member being exceptionally warm and professional with the customers directly before us. However, the moment my wife and I stepped up, her demeanor shifted to cold, indifferent, and borderline dismissive. Despite my wife being polite and saying 'thank you' at the end, she was met with complete silence. It is unacceptable to see such a blatant double standard in how customers are treated. Professionalism should be extended to everyone, regardless of who they are. I hope management addresses this inconsistent and unwelcoming behavior
