  They are some super soldiers, I’ve seen them keep a good attitude with no A.C. for days. They are quick, efficient and friendly.

  I went to drop off my package same package the seller sent it to me and refused to take unless, was in a box and offered to sell me one, I never got any problem in the other ups store, and seller said is ok to return my item in a bag, I just don’t understand 😩

  They advertise as being a postal drop point but they don't accept packages that are being sent USPS.

  I had a mixup with a package. I had a package delivered to my parent’s house, since my fiancé and I were in the middle of moving. So this package was delivered to the correct address that I provided (overnighted and delivered on Thursday at 3pm) to my parents, however, my dad didn’t recognize the name or address on the package, so he took it to the nearest UPS store to send it back. Turns out, my fiancés wedding band was the package that I thought my dad had returned. So I called one of the nearest UPS offices, I told them the whole situation and they took my name and number down. I then called another UPS office, come to find out the first one I called already alerted the second one of my concern and to be on the lookout and told me they would call me if they found the package. Come to find out, there were 2 packages delivered to my parent’s house… on a Thursday… at 3pm… that was overnighted in a UPS package. The one my dad returned really was the incorrect address and the ring was still at my parent’s house. So I called the UPS store again and updated them that I do have the ring, there was a second package delivered, at the same time, that was the wrong address. I thanked them for listening to my concern and also alerting nearby stores of the problem and to be on the lookout. They made my problem their problem and they absolutely did not have to do that, but I appreciate them so much for doing so. They were so nice, they did not just brush me off, they actually wanted to help me and I couldn’t ask for anything more. Although this whole situation was a huge mix up, and the ring was safe, they still listened to me and for that I really appreciate the customer service.

  Poor work atmosphere Woman Store manager was very unprofessional and disrespectful. She needs communication skills and training on how to best represent UPS. I think she was having a bad early morning. She needs to leave her personal life behind and not bring it to work. One star is too much rating for her kind behavior.
